Put simply, SOURCE + GUIDE is our answer for clients looking for guidance at their own pace, whether that’s one room at a time or putting finishing touches on a space. Despite being a virtual service, our SOURCE + GUIDE clients receive a connected experience and bespoke designs.
After gathering information about you and your home, we will create a to-scale floor plan diagramming where your furnishings and/or cabinetry should be installed, with one revision included. A custom rendering will illustrate our recommended design concept alongside a sourcing list that includes furnishings and fixtures. Shop from our curated sourcing list or let these concepts guide you and shop around for something similar and more you!

Your e-design package includes the following services for your room of choice.
FLOOR PLAN: A to-scale floor plan diagrams where your furnishings and/or cabinetry should be placed. (One revision included.)
MOOD BOARD: A mood board illustrates our recommended design concept for your room.
3D RENDERING: A single 3D representation of the interior space with colors, materials, lighting, geometry and textures closely articulating the vision.
SOURCING LIST: A sourcing list links every furnishing in the design so you can purchase them if you choose. (One edit for one item included.)
GUIDE: Design concepts are yours to implement on your own timeline and tweak as needed.
